Founded by Elizabeth McGhee, Iron Career Solutions was created to provide job seekers with the tools, guidance, and support needed to navigate career transitions successfully. With nearly eleven years in staffing and recruiting, Elizabeth saw firsthand the frustration many job seekers faced and the need for deeper career support to navigate their journey with clarity and confidence. After experiencing a layoff herself, she recognized the emotional and strategic challenges of career transitions and set out to create a more personalized approach. At Iron Career Solutions, we offer empathetic, results-driven coaching to help individuals optimize their resumes and LinkedIn profiles, prepare for interviews with confidence, and develop effective job search strategies.
In addition to working with job seekers, we partner with companies to support transitioning employees through compassionate and effective outplacement services.
